Who doesn't love great pizza? We have always been on a personal quest for the best pizza we could find. While there are many fantastic pizza shops shops out there, many times we have left full, but not totally satisfied. Something was missing. Then we discovered wood fired pizza and realized that this style of cooking pizza was far superior to the gas and electric stainless steel behemoths found in so many pizza shops around the country. Several years ago, while on a business trip to the island of Oahu, we found a wood fired oven on a trailer that inspired us to pursue our own business venture, bringing wood fired pizza to the masses. Since then we have studied the art and visited every wood fired pizza restaurant and food truck we could find. We have tried many dough recipes, combinations of toppings, sauces, and cheeses. We finally took the plunge and bought a mobile wood fired oven and started bringing our pizzas to the public. We continue trying new recipes and topping combinations so we can bring a unique menu every time we go out. We can be found at local breweries, festivals, farmers markets, and just about anywhere that we can set up and share our craft with you, the hungry people of Hampton Roads. We will also cater your private events. Weddings, Rehearsal Dinners, Graduation Parties, Birthday Parties, Reunions and just about any other event you have planned where you need to feed a crowd.
